Members cannot leave and join what ever team they wish at any time they like. When you are recruited into AvA your application is reviewed by the council and you join the team you applied to join, if after your probationary period you are interested in playing with another AvA team or second team with AvA you must also apply to join through the Team Leader of that specific team.
